Shipping & Returns Policies

Office hours:

Office hours are Saturday-Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm. Our offices are closed on Fridays and on official holidays.

Order Delivery:

Orders received before 12:00 PM GMT from Saturday through Thursday (excluding holidays) will be delivered out the next day. Orders received after 12:00 PM GMT will have delivered within 48 hours.

Returns:

Otra for Trade and Import “Seador” offers refunds on unopened products within 4 days for a full refund along with a purchase receipt. Please contact us via email: customer.service@seadorglobe.com or through the website here. as a customer service representative will assist you prior to sending the product back to have a return number assigned to the return.

We will refund your credit card less shipping and handling charges if any. Refunds typically require up to 14 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return items to Otra for Trade and Import “Seador” are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Purchases – Physical locations are independently owned & operated as a separate entity from the website/web department. Most of the locations are all final sale. Please refer to the original purchase receipt for contact details & exact store policies. If you need assistance with an In-Store Purchase, please contact us here & we will do our best to assist you.

Exchanges:

Otra for Trade and Import “Seador” does offer hassle-free exchanges for any unopened products that have been purchased through our website. Please contact our customer service representatives for additional information.

Damages:

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately by phone or email and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Custom clearance regulations:

Otra for Trading and Importing “Seador” will provide all the necessary cosmetics documentation that you may need for clearance, but we are not responsible for any additional tax fees or other regulations that your custom clearance may require and we will not accept refund, exchange, or return for such reasons.
